Customs-info provides its service for you subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at the website. In addition, when using particular services Customs-info owned, you and Customs-info shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. If you register and become one of the users of Customs-info, you will obtain the corresponding service and you have to abide by the regulations here.
Ⅰ. Registered information you provide to Customs-info should be authentic and valid, including your name, address and the contact number, etc. If your information has any change, please renew them in time.
Ⅱ. E-mail may be the most important contact means between you and Customs-info. Your Identity of User will be affirmed by the e-mail. And Customs-info will keep in touch with you by the e-mail, when providing products and service information.
Ⅲ. Intellectual Property Rights: All rights preserved. Any kind of copy and transfer are forbidden without written permission.
Ⅳ. Take care of your ID and password. Do not give it to any others, or you might have to be legally responsible for their behaviors.
Ⅴ. Pay attention to the validity and the authenticity of the information you issue because you have to be responsible for it. Customs-info does not undertake any correlative legal responsibility.
Ⅵ. Customs-info is independent of any dissension between users and any third party.
Ⅶ. You can terminate using the service provided by Customs-info at any moment. Once the service is terminated, all the terms of service are terminated at the same time.
Ⅷ. All the information you register could not be used on commercial purpose except for customer services of Customs-info itself.
Ⅸ. Customs-info will not duplicate, rework, delete, or transfer any information you register. But there are some exceptions. Such as:
Ⅹ. According to the law of the People’s Republic of China ., the following rules are compulsory. Action against them will be regarded as law-breaking: 1) Any attempt to attack at, tamper with or delete this website and its database are forbidden. 2) It is prohibitive to spy on commercial secret and intellectual privacy, to encroach the intellectual property right. 3) It is also illegal to diffuse hearsay and heresy, to viciously attack any other people.
Ⅺ. This TOS shall be governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties to this TOS hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of P.R.C.
